The Best Party In Town?

The answer to this one is easy: whichever one you happen to be going to! The best part of 4th of July is getting together with family and friends to grill, swim, watch fireworks, see the parades, and enjoy a nice cocktail. Want to keep the party going all day long (and avoid a hangover)? Hydration. Hydration. Hydration.

If you’re not drinking, you should at least be getting 90 oz of water minimum. However, if you plan on drinking, make sure to have an extra glass of water for each alcoholic drink you consume (and even if you’re just enjoying a soda).

Happy Independence Day, everyone!  Hilllcrest Medical will be closing on the 4th so that employees can enjoy time with their friends and family on this national holiday. We will reopen this Friday, the 5th for normal business hours.
